Boost Hospitality operates as a sole trader business under the trading name HC Marketing, registered in the United Kingdom, with services delivered to clients in Thailand and internationally.

3. Payments

  • Fees are payable upfront for one-time projects or according to agreed retainer schedules.

  • Services will not commence until payment is received.

  • All fees are non-refundable.

4. Deliverables & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you.

  • We retain the right to showcase completed work (such as websites, campaigns, or creative assets) in our portfolio and marketing materials.

  • Drafts, concepts, or materials created but not delivered remain our property.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information, approvals, and content.

  • Ensure you have rights to any materials you supply (logos, photos, text, etc.).

  • Acknowledge that delays in providing information may affect agreed timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We aim to deliver professional, high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, bookings, or search rankings).

  • Our liability is limited to the total fees you have paid to us for the service in question.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Termination

  • For ongoing retainers, either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice.

  • You remain responsible for payment of services provided up to the termination date.

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

  • Content on our site (text, images, graphics, design) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
